Near Tavira in the Algarve The summer training courses take place in the open air; in an atmosphere of relaxation, simplicity and good humour; without competition and with no ambition other than to increase well-being. It is an excellent way of combining holidays and restoring inner harmony. There is also plenty of time to enjoy the beach (15Km long), 8 min. away by car. |

For whom? These training course ARE OPEN TO ALL. Beginners as well as very advanced students can perform according to their capabilities and motivations. YOU CAN CHOOSE THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY. The teaching is offered in groups at different levels (beginners, intermediate, experienced). The courses are provided by Fabien Bastin, Jeanne Houde and by other experienced teachers of the School They include the 11 Chinese exercises of health, Kiriki-do (internal form of Kung Fu) the form of 24, the 108 and the lesser known form of the 127 postures. As well as apprenticeship of the sounds, a significant part is reserved for work on the ground: stretching, relaxation, breathing exercises and mobilization of Chi. |
